What we process
Account data: email, name, password hash, organization, timestamps. Basis: contract.
Content you store: projects, translation keys, texts, release history, API token hashes. You are the controller of personal data inside your texts; we act as processor (a data processing agreement is available on request).
Waitlist: email address and the referring site, to send an invitation. Basis: consent. Deleted on request.
Billing: handled by Stripe. We store Stripe customer and subscription IDs, never card data.
Email delivery: transactional mail (confirmation, password reset, invitations) through the mail server of our host World4You (Austria).
Server logs: IP address and request metadata for security and operation, kept for a limited time.
Hosting
Fly.io, Frankfurt (EU).
Cookies
One strictly necessary session cookie after sign-in. No tracking or advertising cookies.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, and complaint to a supervisory authority. Contact us at the address above. In Austria the supervisory authority is the Datenschutzbehörde (dsb.gv.at).
